AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in the Milo’s Tea Company Sweet TEAchers Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of Milo’s Tea Company, Inc., 3112 Dublin Lane, Bessemer, AL 35022 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Those who are sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) at the time of entry (16, 17 or eighteen (18) for Alabama and Nebraska residents), you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) prior to entering and such entry shall be deemed submitted by the Parent and shall be treated as if the Parent had made such entry. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, vendors, suppliers, retailers, sales representatives, advertising, and promotion agencies (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (i.e., parent, child, sibling, or spouse) and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: The Entry Period will begin on June 1, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT“) and end on June 15, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. You may enter by sharing a photo of your Milo’s Moment on social media by using the hashtag #SweetTEAchers. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
You may only enter on behalf of yourself, using your own email address. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is prohibited. Except as otherwise contemplated in these rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://drinkmilos.com/wp-content/uploads/Milos-Privacy-Policy-2020.pdf.
WINNER SELECTION: After the Entry Period, on or about June 15, 2022, Sponsor will randomly select 1 potential winner from Milo’s Moments hashtag submissions via Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner within 7 days of the selection. The potential prize winner will be notified via direct message on social media. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason.
The PRIZE: Each winner will be awarded a packable picnic blanket, Milo’s tumbler, citronella candles, picnic snacks and vouchers for free Milo’s products. The Prize has/Prizes have an estimated aggregate value of less than $6,000. No substitution or transfer of Prize is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of comparable value if the Prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
OPT-IN: By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to receive emails from Sponsor, related or unrelated to the Sweepstakes, including marketing emails from Sponsor.
TERMS & CONDITIONS, LIABILITY RELEASE: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities from any liability, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Your participation in the Sweepstakes; Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; and/or electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes. If You win, you hereby give Sponsor permission to use Your name, city, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the winner or the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Milo’s Tea Company, Inc., Attn: Marketing, Milo’s Sweet TEAchers Sweepstakes, 3112 Dublin Lane, Bessemer, AL 35022. Specify “Winners List” or “Official Rules” in your request. All such requests must be received within one (1) year after the end of the Sweepstakes.
