AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in the 78th Anniversary Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of Milo’s Tea Company, Inc., 3112 Dublin Lane, Bessemer, AL 35022 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years and older are eligible to win. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, vendors, suppliers, retailers, sales representatives, advertising, and promotion agencies and any third party prize provider(s) and/or prize fulfillment service (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (i.e., parent, child, sibling, or spouse) and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. This Giveaway is void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: The Entry Period will be April 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT“) and end April 18, 2024 at 10:59 a.m.. CT. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. You may enter by liking the 78th Anniversary Giveaway post, following @drinkmilos, and tagging a friend in the comments on the @drinkmilos Instagram account only. Every tag counts as an entry. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Participation is only valid on @drinkmilos Instagram account.
You may only enter on behalf of yourself, using your own Instagram account. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is prohibited. Except as otherwise contemplated in these rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://drinkmilos.com/wp-content/uploads/Milos-Privacy-Policy-2020.pdf.
WINNER SELECTION: After the Entry Period, April 19, 2024, Sponsor will randomly select seven (7) prize winner(s) from the comments on the 78th Anniversary Giveaway Instagram post. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within 7 days of the selection. The potential prize winner(s) will be notified via comment on Instagram Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason.
PRIZE: Seven winner(s) will be awarded eight (8) Gallon vouchers and $50 Milo’s Store Credit. The Prize has/Prizes have an estimated aggregate value of less than $150. No substitution or transfer of Prize is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of comparable value if the Prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Reminder: We will NOT request credit card information from you via social media. Please do NOT accept friend or message requests from pages that resemble ours. They are not from us.
OPT-IN: By entering the giveaway, you agree to receive emails from Sponsor, related or unrelated to the giveaway, including marketing emails from Sponsor.
TERMS & CONDITIONS, LIABILITY RELEASE: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and giveaway Entities from any liability, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Your participation in the giveaway; Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; and/or electronic or human error in the administration of the giveaway. If You win, you hereby give Sponsor permission to use Your name, city, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram, but you agree to abide by Facebook or Instagram terms, rules and guidelines for use. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and not Facebook or Instagram. By participating in the giveaway you agree to a complete release of Facebook or Instagram from any claims.
WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the winner or the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Milo’s Tea Company, Inc., Attn: Marketing, 78th Anniversary Giveaway 3112 Dublin Lane, Bessemer, AL 35022. Specify “Winners List” or “Official Rules” in your request. All such requests must be received within one (1) year after the end of the giveaway.
