My grandmother of who is currently 85 years old introduced me to this wonderful tea. Being from the south that is truly a staple in any house but at my grannys it is by the boatload. The first time I had it I was hesitant to try it because she has always made sweet tea herself but recently her hands have been given her a little trouble so she started buying it at the grocery stores instead. Every single time I go to visit her the first question is "How are you doing my precious girl?" and the next statement is "You know I have some of that yummy Milos tea in the fridge…why dont you go and pour us a glass and fill it up with ice" We would then go and sit on the front porch on the swing and sip our tea and "spill the tea" at the same time.
